Nowadays, due to changes in lifestyle, increased daily consumption of fast foods, unhealthy diets, and lack of attention to healthy food products, many people face various nutritional problems.
Therefore, to create a dynamic and healthy society and improve the health system and food quality in food industry products, the “2nd National Food Health Festival” was held on November 15, 2021 (24 Aban 1400) at the International Conference Center of Shahid Beheshti University. This event aimed to introduce more units involved in research, development, health promotion, and the latest healthy food products. It was attended by senior officials from the Food and Drug Organization, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade, and the National Institute of Nutrition and Food Technology, with a focus on “Improving Food Health.”
During the festival, speeches were given to promote changes in dietary patterns and raise awareness, attitudes, and culture of healthy nutrition in society. At the end of the festival, trophies were awarded to prominent brands in this field, and Zarrin Sanat Sarv received the festival’s trophy for the second consecutive year.
